Specifically, around 400 establishments, including shops, hypermarkets, and businesses, have been destroyed or damaged, causing significant damage.

🔎 The New Caledonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry called for the preservation of "the little that remains" of the archipelago's economy, estimating that over 150 businesses have been looted and set on fire, leaving more than 1,000 employees out of work.
