Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit project documents
- Serve as the go-to expert for complex technical challenges and system design decisions.
- Provide strategic input and technical direction for new projects, tools, and infrastructure
- Lead technical problem-solving efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance and capability.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, policies, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
- Conduct technical training and mentor junior engineers or technicians.
- Support product testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews of systems and processes
