Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, including getting materials ready and setting up equipment.
- Supporting classroom instruction by helping with teaching small groups or individual students, reviewing lesson material, and sometimes delivering guest lectures or leading discussions.
- Supervising students during class, lunch, recess, field trips, and other non-classroom times to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
