Position Overview 
We are seeking highly motivated and proactive individuals with a BA degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other related fields to join our team as Market Officers. As a Market Officer, you will be responsible for promoting SACCO’s products and services, identifying and engaging new members, and contributing to the overall market expansion efforts.
This is a two-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Successful candidates will undergo an intensive training program to equip them with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities 
-  Market SACCO’s financial products and services to both current and potential members. 
o  Develop strategies to increase membership and expand SACCO’s market reach. 
o  Build relationships with local businesses, community groups, and other potential partners to promote SACCO’s saving and credit services. 
o  Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach programs to raise awareness about SACCO services. 
o  Engage with existing members, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships. 
o  Monitor market trends and competitors to provide feedback for new product development and service improvement. 
o  Maintain accurate records of client interactions, engagements, and feedback. 
o  Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention. 
Qualifications 
-  A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. 
-  No prior experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! 
-  Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
-  High levels of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the SACCO’s mission.
