- An ability to help others bring their creative vision to life (applicants with experience in and university settings are a plus)
- Capacity for and openness to working outside of one’s preferred medium
- Roots in Ethiopia (applicants must have either been raised there or are currently living there)
- An understanding of narrative and storytelling for change
