Essential Responsibilities
β’ Check posts, reconcile and balance of all account receivable, payable accounts and accounts that have suspense nature on a daily basis;
β’ Maintains a continuous follow up for settlement of the account;
β’ Process merchant file, check the status of anomaly transactions and reprocess, forward merchant file report to the concerned;
β’ Follow-ups of case escalated to and from different teams and updating the concerned ones;
β’ Prepare transaction adjustment through card banking /international payment scheme/ Eth-Switch and Agent Banking after Manager approval;
β’ Generate and collect a document for dispute from digital Payments;
β’ Timely follow up and settle claims from a merchant related to dispute transaction amount and fees (if any);
β’ Prepares and organize adjustment document for posting of the disputed transaction;
β’ Check and approve transaction entries and standing instructions on the Banking system;
β’ Maintains tickets, reports and tracer or evidential documents under her/his custody for further reference;
β’ Ensure the proper reconciliation and settlement of international and Eth-switch, MB and Agent Banking transactions;
β’ Collect the reconciliation report, settlement report and related transaction tickets;
β’ Ensure that documents in the record room are safely maintained;

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
β’ B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields.
Experience:
β’ 3 years of banking experience respectively of which 1 year in Digital Banking;
