Qualification- Master’s Degree BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields
Experience -6/8 years of work experience respectively of which 2 year in related responsibilities

Job Description

Under the direction of the Chairperson, schedule meetings.
Ensure quorum is present at the meetings.
Ensure proper notice is given to all for Board and Board’s subcommittee meetings.
Ensure the relevant documents for meetings are disseminated timely to all Board of Directors.
Attend Board, Board’s subcommittee and Sharia’h Advisory Council meetings.
Prepare minutes and ensure all in attendance members have singed.
Maintain custody of minutes and correspondences.
Provide support to the Board members by providing information with respect to board matters.
Closely follow up and update the Chairperson, Board of Directors about all legislative, regulatory and corporate governance developments that might affect the board’s operation.
Prepare and mange Annual General Assembly meeting in collaboration with the Bank’s management.
Prepare annual reports of the board’s activities for Annual General Assembly.
Ensure timely submission of required reports to the regulatory organs.
Perform other tasks as directed by the Chairperson, Board of Directors.
