Bachelor's degree in purchasing and logistics and supplies management or other relevant field of study with experience working in supplies and service procurement, logistics co-ordination and Administrative support functions
Competence:-
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of computer word processing, access and excel
- Good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of computer word processing, access and excel
- Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles.
- Knowledge of key institutional donors and their compliance requirements in respect of logistics and procurement
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation and coaching
- Commitment to Save the Children values
- Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours in the event of major emergencies including travelling at short notice and for extended periods of time
- A high level of computer literacy (word, excel, ppt etc)
