PhD in a relevant field or a Master’s degree in Education/Child Education or another relevant degree may be considered with substantial relevant experience designing and conducting quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods researches, analyzing data, writing research reports
Competence:-
- Background knowledge and demonstrated interest in early childhood education is preferred.
- Demonstrated thought leadership within the field.
- Proven skills at management of a research team (consistent on-time, within budget work).
- Demonstrated communications achievements (e.g., notable research papers, effective white papers).
- Strong written and oral communication
- Foundational social sciences research skills
- Ability to maintain a research and evaluation library and catalog of resources
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of library and web-related research
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), statistical software (SPSS, STATA)
- Familiarity with database management and statistical software experience is required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of professionals
