- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently
- Self starter and willing to carry out tasks without requiring supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Working with the Sales, Promoter, finance head, store head, and technical manager department to address problem
- Ability to create promotional messages and promotional materials to drive business
- Monitoring and updating the website with web designer
- Listening customers feedbacks either directly from customers or indirectly from employs and social media platforms
- Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines
- Energetic and positive attitude towards the job
