External Annual Audit Consultancy Service for the implementation of IPSAS System

Requirements for External Audit:-
- Examination of the financial statements according to the international auditing standards applicable to Ethiopia and issue of an opinion thereon
- Examination of the financial statements according to donor requirement
- Preparation of a memorandum on the review of internal accounting controls and other matters arising from the audit should be brought to the attention of the CIFA Management
- Signature of the audit report on the financial statements under the name of the firm
- The consultancy service will ideally be conducted by a team of professional consultants, which are expected to demonstrate strong credentials in IPSAS implementation in an International Non-Governmental Organization
- The team should consist of at least one chief consultant or senior-level professional expert/expert knowledge on IPSAS with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the areas of audit, accounting, etc. (Working on IPSAS implementation for International Non-Governmental Organization is advantageous)
- There should be a minimum of one qualified accountant having at least 5 years of post qualified experience in the field of accounting, auditing, and consultancies services.

Maximum Years Of Experience: #10_years
