Masterβs or Bachelorβs Degree in Public Health or equivalent with relevant work experience in TB control, ,HIV/AIDS, TB/HIV or related program of which three years is a senior advisory /supervisory/ coordination role with experience of Community TB program, specifically working with HEP & experience of working with multiple stakeholders, understands the health system, worked at policy making and leadership level and has the capacity to engage policy makers in resource allocation and mobilization in the future
Competence:-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Amharic and Afan Oromo language
- Willingness to travel to project zones

Competence:-
- Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, operations research, ALC ,health management information systems, reporting, data quality assessments, data analysis and presentation and setting up and managing M&E systems that track performance as per the objectives
- Demonstrated strong management, coordination, teamwork and planning skills with proven ability to function effectively in both the public and NGO sectors
- Strong communication skills, with excellent writing skills in English and local language
- Demonstrated outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, organizational, team-building, coordination and representational skills
- Excellent communication skill in English, Amharic and Fluency in Afan Oromo is mandatory
