Competence:-
- Excellent skills required in Programme design, reporting and documentation and monitoring and evaluation
- Familiar with water and sanitation and nutrition Programmes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic
- Inclusive leadership skills
- A self-starter and can work with minimum supervision
- Open and eager to learn new ideas and concepts
