Bachelor's degree in Management or related field with experience in an international environment

- Confident, helpful, friendly, hardworking and engaging personality (extrovert)
- Fluent communications kill both in English and Amharic, (verbal & written)
- Excellent knowledge and ability to use MS office (word, Excel)
- Knowledge and experience of social media platforms application for business (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube)
- Ability to multi task, deliver on deadlines and work under pressure
- Well organized and planning driven approach
- Excellent team work abilities
- Ability to consistently maintain a positive company culture and atmosphere
- Good understanding of social media and the international market
- Ability to work on various tasks, work load, work hour different from normal office hours
