Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in classroom & Practical learning on soft skill and receive mentorship from experienced EIC professionals 
- Rotate through multiple departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of EIC’s operations 
- Up on successful completion of the training trainees will be assigned to a department that aligns with their strengths and EIC’s strategic goals upon program completion
