1. የፌዴራል ቤቶች ኮርፖሬሽን ለአስፋልት ኮንክሪት እና የፋዎንቴን ስራ ግዥ በጨረታ መለያ ቁጥር FHC/NCB/ PW/22/10/2017 ደረጃ 4 እና ከዛ በላይ የሆኑ የመንገድ ስራ ተቋራጭ እና ጠቅላላ የስራ ተቋራጭ (RC-4, GC-4 & Above) ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል።
2. ኮርፖሬሽኑ ለአስፋልት ኮንከሪት እና የፋዎንቴን ስራ ግንባታ ግዥ ላይ የሚወዳደሩ ተጫራቾች የመወዳደሪያ ቴከኒካል ሰነዳቸውንና ዋጋቸውን በተለያዩ በታሸጉ ኤንቨሎፖች ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
3. ጨረታው የሚከናወነው በብሔራዊ ግልጽ ጨረታ ሥነ-ሥርዓትና ይኼንኑ አስመልክቶ ከኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞከራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የፌዴራል ቤቶች ኮርፖሬሽን የግዥ መመሪያ መሠረት ሲሆን ደረጃ 4 እና ከዛ በላይ የሆኑ የመንገድ ስራ ተቋራጭ እና ጠቅላላ የስራ ተቋራጭ 2017 ዓ.ም የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸውና የግብር ከፋይ ማስረጃ የሚያቀርቡ መሆን ይኖርበታል።
4. የተሟላ የጨረታ ሰነድ ማንኛውም ፍላጎት ያለው ተጫራች ማስታወቂያው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ15 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ የማይመለስ ብር 500 /አምስት መቶ ብር/ በመከፈል የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሰነድ ለገሀር በሚገኘው ዋናው መ/ቤት ህንፃ 2ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 201 በኮርፖሬሽኑ ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ዳይሬክቶሬት በአካል በመቅረብ መግዛት ይችላሉ።
5. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዶቻቸውን በኮርፖሬሽኑ ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ዳይሬክቶሬት ቢሮ ቁጥር 201 ለዚሁ ታሽጎ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ጨረታው በመጀመሪያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 15ኛው ቀን ወይም ሀምሌ 15 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ስዓት ድረስ እንዲያቀርቡ ሆኖ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 50,000.00 (ሀምሳ ሺ ብር) ሲፒኦ በፌዴራል ቤቶች ኮፖሬሽን ስም ከጨረታ ሰነዶቻቸው ጋርአያይዘው ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ዘግይቶ የቀረበ የጨረታ ሰነድ ውድቅ ይደረጋል፤ ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ሀምሌ 15 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡15 ሰዓት የኮርፖሬሽኑ ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ዳይሬከተር 2ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል።
6. ኮርፖሬሽኑ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
