We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual early in their career to gain hands-on experience in construction project management and administration.

🎲Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize project documentation, including bid submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, drawings, specifications, and daily reports.
Ensure all documents are current, properly filed, and accessible.
Assist in the preparation, tracking, and expediting of project update/report submittals to ensure timely approvals.
Coordinate the RFI process, including drafting, tracking, and distributing responses to relevant parties.
Attend project meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to team members.
Support the project team in developing and updating project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential delays.
Facilitate clear and timely communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Regularly visit project sites to observe progress, gather data and other relevant information, and assist field personnel.

🔰Qualifications:

💫Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulics Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.

0-1 years of experience in a construction-related role
Basic understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycle.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with construction related softwares such as AutoCad is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities.

በከተማዋ 32 ሺህ መንገዶች ምንም አይነት ስያሜ እና ቁጥር ያልተሰጣቸው ሲሆን በአዲስ የአድራሻ ሥርዓት መሰረት ስያሜና መለያ ቁጥር ያገኛሉ።

በተጨማሪም ከመንገዶቹ ጋር ትስስር ላላቸው 1 ሚሊዮን ቤቶች አዳዲስ የቤት ቁጥር ይሰጣቸዋል።

በ2016 የተጀመረውን ዲጂታል የአድራሻ ሥርዓት ትግበራ በቀጣዩ በጀት ዓመት ሙሉ ለሙሉ ለማጠናቀቅ እቅድ ተይዟል።
