- የምግብ አዘጋጅ ቦታን ንፁህ ማድረግ፡ የራስዎን መስመር ንፁህ መጠበቅ እና የኪችን አጠቃላይ ንፅህና ማረጋገጥ።
- እቃ እና አከባቢ አስተዳደር፡ እቃዎችን መቀበል፣ መዝግብ መያዝ እና የተቀነሰ እቃ ሪፖርት መስጠት።
- የምግብ አሰራር ቴክኒኮችን መማር፡ በከፍተኛ ምግብ አሰራሮች እንዲሁም በተመራበት መማር።
- የኪችን ስራዎችን መደገፍ፡ ኪችንን ከመክፈት እስከ መዝጋት ድረስ በማንኛውም ሂደት ላይ መሳተፍ።
