Essential Responsibilities
β’ Gives Timely support on card issuance systems, Hardware and Software;
β’ Analyzes, registers, troubleshoots card issuance system problems and incidents. and escalate unsolved problems;
β’ Makes preventive maintenance of card issuance hardware to make sure the parts work properly;
β’ Monitors and reports the performance of card issuance machines and infrastructure;
β’ Provides technical services to internal customers to address problems related to Card Issuance System;
β’ Keeps documentation of incidents, problems and solutions to use for future reference;
β’ Maintains stability of card issuance systems, Hardware and Software;
β’ Makes profile and scripting tests on the card issuance system;
β’ Updates and Installs software patches on card issuance server to add new profiles and keep the system updated;
β’ Replaces and upgrades hardware parts to maintain and support Personalization machines, Hardware Security Module (HSM)server and UPS;
β’ Prepares specification document for hardware and Software parts to be purchased;
β’ Make inventory record of card issuance resources;
β’ Performs card file and PIN processing;
β’ Prepares and send daily card personalization;

β’ B.Sc Degree in Computer Science or Information Science or MIS or Electrical and Computer Engineering or Information Technology and related fields
