Job Description
The Sanitation Officer is responsible to provide ECHO/WASH and food security assistance to South Sudanese refugees in Jewi, Terkidi and Nguenyyiel refugee camps. The Officer will work with the prominent implementers to promote NCA in the humanitarian program.

1. Climate Adapted Villages Project Officer
Job Description
NCA Ethiopia is seeking Climate Adapted Villages (CAV) project officer who will be responsible to provide to follow up of the day to day implementation of project activities and provide technical support to the NCA’s Climate Resilience program in general, and particularly to the Joint resilience building project. The NCA Climate Resilience projects are implemented in Amhara, Oromia and Tigray regions in collaboration with NCA core and resource Partners. The position holder will have a role to engage in day to day activities of the Joint resilience building and other NCA climate resilience projects. The position holder will also build strong and collaborative relationships with NCA’s core and resource partners and thematic teams. He/she will have a responsibility to ensure coordination of partner programs in implementing annual work plans and delivering high impact results. He/she is also required to provide support to NCA’s implementing partners, monitor and follow up Climate resilience project activities against technical requirements. Moreover, he (She) will support the CRP Head in ensuring the resilience building project grant refer to technical standards and consider government standards. The position holder will also be responsible to follow up with accountability to respond to feedback from areas of implementation to strengthen the resilience building approach. The Resilience Program Advisor works closely with the Climate Resilience Program Head in project management and fundraising efforts, compliance to grant requirements. He/she is also required to closely work with other thematic teams, implementing partners and other NCA staffs.

NCA Ethiopia is seeking Climate Adapted Villages (CAV) project officer who will be responsible to provide to follow up of the day to day implementation of project activities and provide technical support to the NCA’s Climate Resilience program in general, and particularly to the Joint resilience building project. The NCA Climate Resilience projects are implemented in Amhara, Oromia and Tigray regions in collaboration with NCA core and resource Partners. The position holder will have a role to engage in day to day activities of the Joint resilience building and other NCA climate resilience projects. The position holder will also build strong and collaborative relationships with NCA’s core and resource partners and thematic teams. He/she will have a responsibility to ensure coordination of partner programs in implementing annual work plans and delivering high impact results. • Maintain and strengthen a high-functioning and collaborative working relationship with Consortiums, partners, local and International networks.

• Manage the Norwegian consortium resilience project implemented in West Guji Zones of Oromia region and other climate resilience/environment program activities in NCA operational areas.
