Oromia State Leadership Academy (OSLA) is going to launch regular Education in different program of studies. So, it is seeking to recruit competent instructors, Therefore, Interested and qualified applicants are required to submit their application letter specifying for which specialization within 15 working days from the date of announcement in Addis Zemen news paper
Common Criteria for Instructors
1.Applicants shall be currently teaching at higher education institution (universities) and have prior experience,

2.GPA should be BA for male 3:00 for Female 2:75 and MA for male 3.5, for female 3.35 (2011 E.C.higher education institution guideline),

3.Relatedness of both undergraduate (BA) and post graduate (MA) is considered.

4. Salary shall be as per higher education institutions.

በጅማ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የህግና አስተዳደር ኮሌጅ ከዚህ በታች በተዘረዘሩት ክፍት የስራ መደቦች መምህራንን አወዳድሮ መቅጠር ይፈልጋል።

ማሳሰቢያ፡-

- ወንድ አመልካቾች የማስተርስ ዲግሪያቸው (CGPA 3.50 እና ከዚያ በላይ እንዲሁም የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪያቸው (CGPA 3.00 እና ከዚያ በላይ

- ለሴት አመልካቾች የማስተርስ ዲግሪቸው (CGPA 3.30 እና ከዚያ በላይ እንዲሁም የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪያቸው 2.75 እና ከዚያ በላይ

- ለአካል ጉዳተኛ አመልካቾች የማስተርስ ዲግሪያቸው CGPA 3.15 እና ከዚያ በላይ እንዲሁም የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪያቸው 2.50 እና ከዚያ በላይ
- ለታዳጊ ክልልና አርብቶ አደሮች አካባቢ ነባር ብሄረሰብ ተወላጅ አመልካቾች የማስተርስ ዲግሪያቸው (CGPA 3.15 እና ከዚያ በላይ እንዲሁም የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ውጤታቸው 2.50 እና ከዚያ በላይ፤ እንዲሁም

- ከአንድ በላይ የበጎ ልዩነት (Affirmative Action) ተጠቃሚ አመልካቾች የማስተርስ ዲግሪያቸው (CGPA 3.10 እና ከዚያ በላይ እንዲሁም የመጀመሪ ዲግሪ ውጤታቸው 2.5 እና ከዚያ በላይ የነበራቸው ሆኖ በዩኒቨርሲቲ ቆይታቸው Probation ገብተው የማያውቁ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል።

- አመልካቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ሙሉ የትምህርት ማስረጃቸውን እና ሙሉ መረጃ የሚያሳይ Curriculum Vite በማያያዝ በጅማ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሕግና አስተዳደር ኮሌጅ የአስተዳደር ዳይሬክተር ቢሮ በመቅረብ ወይም አዲስ አበባ ቦሌ የጅማ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ABH CAMPUS ላይ በሚገኘው የዩኒቨርሲቲው ጉዳይ ማስፈጸሚያ ቢሮ በመሄድ ማመልከት ይችላሉ።
