የቀብሪ ደሃር ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2012 ዓ.ም አዲስ የተመደባችሁ ተማሪዎች መግቢያ ቀን ጥቅምት ቀን 29 እና 30/2012 ዓ.ም (November 9 & 10/2019 G.C) ሲሆን ምዝገባ የሚካሄደው ከህዳር ቀን 01 አስከ 03/2012 ዓ.ም (November 11 to 13/2019 G.C) ይሆናል፡፡ ስለዚህ በ2012 ዓ.ም አዲስ የተመደባችሁ ተማሪዎች በዩኒቨርሲቲው ሬጂስትራር እና አልሙናይ ጽ/ቤት በአካል ቀርባችሁ እንድተመዘገቡ ስንል እናሳውቃለን፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ፡-
ተማሪዎች ወደ ዩኒቨርሲቲው ስትመጡ የሚከተሉትን ይዛችሁ እንድትመጡ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡
1ኛ. የትምህርት ማስረጃ ዋናውንና ፎቶ ኮፒ
1.1 የ10ኛ እና 12ኛ ክፍል ብሔራዊ ፈተና ሰርተፊኬት
1.2 ከ9ኛ - 12ኛ ክፍል የተማራችሁበትን ትራንስክሪፕት
2ኛ. 8 ፍሬ ጉርድ ፎቶ ግራፍ
3ኛ. የለሊት እና የስፖርት አልባሳት
ከተጠቀሰው ቀን በፊትም ሆነ በኃላ የሚመጡ ተማሪዎችን የማናስተናግድ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡
በተጨማሪ ተማሪዎች ለምዝገባ በሚመጡበት ወቅት የኃላፊነት መውሰጃ ውል ሞልተው ከሚኖሩበት ወረዳ/ከተማ ትምህርት ጽ/ቤት ክብ ማህተም ያረፈበት ይዘው መቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
