ORGANISATION Maranque Plants PLC is a flower propagation company with strong ties in Eastern Africa. For the past 11 plus years we have been growing Chrysanthemum and Ornamental cuttings on an expanding farm in Arsi Zone. We are situated 40 kilometres east of Sodore, between Donni and Alaga Dore. This is 1.5 hour driving from Nazareth.
POSITION: Export Truck Driver : We are looking for an experienced export truck Driver who is responsible to collect cuttings from our farm located in Arsi zone (3 hours driving from Addis Ababa) and delivers to Bole International Airport plus he/she is also responsible to collect equipment from other companies and deliver to our company. The employee will drive cold truck mainly and/or other company vehicle to transport supplies and equipment when necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS •Minimum of 3 Years experience
•Driving Licence
DESIRED SKILLS:
•Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Experience driving cold trucks is advantageous
SALARY: negotiable

የስራ መደቡ መጠሪያ:- የሆሳዕና መምህራን ትምህርት ኮሌጅ የስርዓተ ትምህርት እና ቴክኖሎጂ ስርፀት ምክትል ዲን
የትምህርት ደረጃ፡- የሶስተኛ/የሁለተኛ ዲግሪ በትምህርት አመራርና ሌሎች ተዛማጅ ትምህርት መስኮች
ተፈላጊ የስራ ልምድ
• በከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት በኃላፊነት፣ በተለያዩ ቦታዎች በአስተባባሪነት፣ በመምህርነት የሰራ/ች እና የስራ ልምድ ማቅረብ የሚችል/የምትችል፤
• በመማር ማስተማር ዙሪያ የተለያዩ የጥናትና ምርምር ስራዎች የሰራ/ችና ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል/የምትችል፡፡
• በከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት የስልጠና ቁሳቁስ (ማቴሪያል ያዘጋጀ/ችና ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል/ የምትችል)
• በሰራባቸው/ችባቸው ተቋማት ውስጥ የተለያዩ ስራዎችን በውጤታማነት በማስተባበር፣ በመተግበር የተሻለ አፈፃም፦ ያለው/ላትና ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል/ የምትችል፡፡
• ከሚሰራበት መስሪያ ቤት ጥሩ ስነ ምግባር ያለው/ላት መሆኑን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል/የምትችል
ስትራቴጂክ ዕቅድ
• ከ10/አስር/ ገጽ ያልበለጠ የተቋውን ውጤታማነት ሊያረጋግጥ የሚችል ራዕይ ያለው ስትራቴጅክ ዕቅድ ማቅረብ የሚችልና የተቋሙ አካዳሚክ ኮሚሽን አባላት እንዲሁም ሌሎች ተጋባዥ እንግዶች ባለበት ያዘጋጀውን ስትራቴጅክ እቅድ በእንግሊዘኛ ቋንቋ ገለፃ ማድረግ ይኖርበታል፡፡

• የምዝገባ ቀን ከነሐሴ 20/2011---- ጳጉሜ 1/2011 ባሉት ለአስር ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት በአካል በመቅረብ መመዝገብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
ማሳሰቢያ • አመልካቾች ለምዝገባ ሲመጡ ዋናውንና የማይመለስ አንድ ፎቶ ኮፒ የትምህርት ማስረጃቸውን፣የ3 ተከታታይ የሥራ አፈጻጻም ምዘና ውጤትና ሌሎች ተያያዥ መረጃዎችን ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፣
• ሴት አመልካቾች ይበረታታሉ፡፡
