ማሳሰቢያ፤

- የመመዝገቢያ ጊዜ ፡- ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ10 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ይሆናል፤

- የምዝገባቦታ፡-1 በዩኒቨርስቲው የሰው ሀብት አስተዳደር ልማት ዳይሬክቶሬት ቢሮ፤ 2/ኦቶና ጤና ሳይንስና ህክምና ኮሌጅ የሰ/ሀ/ል/አስ/ቡድን፤3/ ዳውሮ ታርጫ ካምካስ የሰው ሀብት ቡድን ይሆናል፤

- አመልካቾች አስፈላጊ የሆኑ የት/ት እና የሥራ ልምድ ማስረጃዎቻቸውን የማይመለስ አንድ ፎቶ ኮፒ እና ዋናውን ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

- የፈተናው ወቅት ምዝገባው እንደተጠናቀቀ በውስጥ ማስታወቂያ ሰሌዳ ይገለጻል፡፡

- ለመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ተወዳዳሪዎች ውጤት ለወንድ 3.25 እና ለሴት አመልካቾች 3.00 እና ከዚያ በላይ መሆን አለበት

- ለአካል ጉዳተኛ 2.75 እና ከዚያ በላይ በሌክቸረር ማዕረግ ለመቀጠር

- ለወንዶች 3.50 እና ከዚያ በላይ እንዲሁም በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ውጤት 3.00 እና ከዚያ በላይ መሆን አለበት፤

- ለሴቶች 3.35 እና ከዚያ በላይ እንዲሁም በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ 2.75 እና ከዚያ በላይ - ለአካል ጉዳተኞች 3.15 እና ከዚያ በላይ እንደዚሁም በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ውጤታቸው 2.50 እና ከዚያ በላይ ያላቸው

- የመመረቂያ ጽሑፍ B+, Very good ወይም ተመጣጣኝ ያስመዘገበ መሆኑን፤እንዲሁም ሌሎች ያልተዘረዘሩ በመንግስት ከፍተኛ ት/ተቋማት ነሐሴ 07/2010 ጸድቆ በወጣው መመሪያ መሠረት መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡

- በቴ/ሙያ ከደረጃ 1-5 /LEVEL/ የሰለጠኑ አመልካቾች የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ማስረጃ ( COC) ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡

- በግንባር መቅረብ የማይችሉ አመልካቾች በዩኒቨርስቲው ፖስታ ሣጥን ቁጥር 138 በመላክ መመዝገብ የሚችሉ ሲሆን ምዝገባው ከተጠናቀቀ በኋላ የሚመጡ ፖስታዎች ተቀባይነት የላቸውም፤
