የሚፈጠሩት ጠጠሮች በሽንት ቧንቧ አማካኝነት ሊወገዱ ይችላሉ፡፡ የተወሰኑት ግን እዚያው ሊቆዩ ይችላሉ፡፡ እዚያው የሚቆዩ ጠጠሮች ካልተወገዱ፣ አንድ ላይ ትልቅ ጠጠር መፍጠራቸው
አይቀርም፡፡ ምናልባት የጎልፍ ኳስ ያክል መጠን ሊደርስም ይችላል፡፡ ይህም የሽንት ቧንቧን ሊዘጋ፣ በምንሸናበት ሰዓት ከፍተኛ ህመም ሊያስከትል፣

የኩላሊት ጠጠር ከሰውነታችን በተለያዩ መንገዶች ሊወገድ ይችላል፡፡ ይህም በጠጠሩ መጠን እና አይነት ይወሰናል፡፡ የኩላሊት ጠጠር በውስጣችን እንዳለ ካወቅን ስለሁኔታው የጤና ባለሙያ ማማከር የመጀመርያ ስራችን መሆን አለበት!!!
ዋናው ነገር ግን አስቀድሞ መከላከል ነው፡፡ ይሄም በቀላሉ ከቤት በምናዘጋጃቸው ነገሮች (home remedies) የኩላሊት ጠጠርን መጠን መቀነስ እና በሽንት አማካኝነት እንዲወገዱ ማድረግ ይቻላል፡፡
