General Mission
Enhance positioning of ethio telecom products, services and offers in market through planning, designing and implementing creative marketing communication strategy for specific targets to create consistent perception to convert into business results.
Responsible for enhancing the positioning of ethio telecom products, services and offers in the market through planning, Designing, and implementing digital marketing communications strategy for the company digital media channels.
-Responsible for the development of innovative /visual contents for the company digital media communication channels as per the communication plan.
-cross functional action to enhance the performance of the company.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop creative marketing strategies to enhance an organizations public image and product & service usage/awareness
· Develop creative strategies and direction of marketing communication message content.
· Responsible for internal advertisement production from creative concept Development/edition to completion.
· Writes marketing collateral; newsletters and employee communications; marketing related speeches and executive communications; and press releases and fact sheets with expert level quality.
· Develop digital marketing communication strategies to enhance the company brand, and product & service usage/awareness through digital communications media.
· Responsible for the production of marketing contents from innovative concepts development/edition to be used on company digital communication channels (website, BSMS, & major social media channels)
· Design, develop and execute digital campaigns and create digital assets based on the marketing communication strategy.

Qualification:
· Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management, Management, Theatrical Art, Communication, Journalism, Language and Literature, Accounting or related field of study.
· BA Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management, Management, Theatrical Art, Communication, Journalism, Language and Literature, Accounting or related field of study or Level V related fields of study (COC is Mandatory)
Experience:
· With a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Media and Public Relations or Commercial Communication or product and service marketing or strategic marketing or Brand management or Creative writing activities (FMCG Business Environment or production of creative marketing communication or marketing collateral news letters or speeches and executive communications or press releases or producing and editing advertisement or working with media and advertisement agencies or graphics design and video editing software or developing marketing communication strategies or service awareness activities is preferably)

· With a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Media and Public Relations or Commercial Communication or product and service marketing or strategic marketing or Brand management or Creative writing activities (FMCG Business Environment or production of creative marketing communication or marketing collateral news letters or speeches and executive communications or press releases or producing and editing advertisement or working with media and advertisement agencies or graphics design and video editing software or developing marketing communication strategies or service awareness activities is preferably)
2. Digital Marketing Communication Expert
