Education and Experience
• BA degree in Media, Journalism or any other related field plus Five years of relevant Experience. (Professional experience in journalism in printed and electronic media, copy writing are advantageous)

Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Writing and editing of the materials and texts that will be posted on new web portal about the bank,
• Creating materials and updating content on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other as needed) related to Coopbank ,
• Writing and editing stories about Coopbank’s relevant activities for the bank’s web site and other communication media,
• Preparation of other written educational/promotional/and informative materials
• Preparing press releases and speeches when required
• Write high-engagement content that reflects the brand’s voice
• Collaborate with team members to develop a variety of content marketing materials
• Produce error-free content that adheres to the brand guidelines
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
• Work closely with product marketers and designers to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging
• Write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media)
• Conduct thorough research and interviews to understand trends to ensure messaging is relatable to target audience
• Analyze marketing metrics and use results to influence the content
• Manage projects and adhere to deadlines;
Position 2: Event Management Expert

Duty Station: Market Research and Business Communication, HO

• Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
• Great organizational and time management abilities
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude to work and change.
• Strong collaboration ethic, with ability to collaborate with teams from cross-functional disciplines
• Decisiveness and attention to detail

Education and Experience
• BA degree in Media, Journalism or any other related field plus Five years of relevant Experience

Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
• Planning event details and aspects,
• Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
• Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
• Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
• Preparing ToRs and budget approval letters before the events
• Informing to media outlets, attendees and any concerned organ regarding the event via letters and other outlets.
• Preparing promotional items (banners, flyers, rollups, brochures) peculiar to the event
• Supporting local promoters being working the bank’s district offices in launching roadshows and local events,
• Preparing roadshows along with different organs of the bank
• Prepare report of the assessment of each event post the programs;
Position 3: Driver

Duty Station: Head Office

Job Grade: III

Required Competency
• Knowledge of national transport rules & regulations
• Time management skill
• Knowledge of Basic auto-mechanics
• Honest & trustworthy

Education and Experience
• 10th Grade complete or 12th completed with relevant driving license (ህዝብ 1, 3ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፍቃድ) with two years’ experience, additional training in mechanics is advantageous.

• Knowledge adherence national transport rule and regulation
• Ability to work cooperatively and courtesy with others
• Willingness to work under stress and under less favorable condition
• Adherence bank code of conduct ethics
For all the above positions:
• The applicants must have desirable skill, knowledge and attributes.
• The applicant must have proven proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English languages. Knowledge of other local languages in the respective duty stations is also an added advantage.
• Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
• Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
