*Handle non-performing financing (NPF) for recovery of bank financing.

*Handle& manage acquired assets if not sold via foreclosure and legal actions.

*Enhance the bank’s image through pro-active customer driven servicing of their needs to maximize customer satisfaction,
*Monitor service levels against customer expectations,
*Identify quality gap and follow-up with action plan to address the gaps,
*Follow up the transactions of newly opened investment and IFB related accounts for a given period of time,
*Facilitates the provision of efficient and high-quality service to customers,
*Monitors the quality of services through feedbacks obtained from customers,
*Ensure that all branch transactions are processed accurately and efficiently,
*Ensure that all schedule transactions check and controls are carried out on time and to high standards of accuracy,
*Authorize mudarabah account related transactions or category as per the discretion, if any.
*Ensure the bank’s image through pro-active customer driven service of their needs in support of the goals of exceeding customer expectation,
*Translate strategic aims into achievable plans, with established priorities, monitors them, making periodic adjustments as required,
*Identify areas of risk and non -compliance with procedures and advises the concerned managers,

*Timely reporting control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events to the branch managers,
*Prepare discrepancy report every month and report to concerned Branch *Managers and Monitoring its rectification,
*Make surprise checking of cash and non-cash items, if deemed necessary,
*Ensures that every concerned organ has got an access to bank’s policies procedure circular etc.
*Monitors the implementation of IFB related policies and procedures and service level standards are in place,
*Prepares compliance reports and providing feedback in relation to policies and procedures legal and regulatory conducts in relation with Mudarabah profit payment disclosures,
*Prepare requirements in relation with fraud prevention and other mal practices in financing and profit-sharing processes,
*Identifies records and assesses grievances of customer and employees and reports his/her findings,
*Ensure that the concerned organs properly rectify discrepancies observed by internal audit,
*Ensuring that the Branch Controllers in branch and district are performing their duties and responsibilities according to the policies and procedure of the bank,
*Review reports of branch controllers and districts, follow up timely & proper rectification of findings cited by branches and the district offices,

Main Roles and Responsibilities
*Monitor and control the general ledger positions of branches book,
*Prepare consolidated financial statements and other reports in conformity with the Accounting policy and procedure of the bank and regulatory requirement,
*Aid branches for any problems encountered on the system about accounting aspects,
*Analyze and interpret financial statements of the bank,
*Check the accuracy of the Mudarabah profit calculation of the bank, any charges, reserves debited or credited to our account,
*Makes sure that Mudarabah profit payment computations, journalizing and posting transactions/entries are in conformity with operational procedures,
*Analyze amount and percentage of profit tax payables on Mudarabah account profit contribution obligations of the bank,
*Attends to queries related to profit distribution and reconciliation,
*Make sure that all outstanding items with details of payment are cleared and responded timely,
*Follow up and settle long outstanding payable and receivable accounts and present those unsettled items for subsequent action,
*Review the assumptions utilized in Mudarabah profit distribution, liquidity managing to determine that they continue to be valid,
*Monitor Mudarabah funds in excess of liquidity and reserve requirements,
*Participate in developing contingency plan for handling liquidity crisis,
*Periodically assists and work with the external auditors of the bank,
*Prepare reserve and liquidity report as per the regulatory requirement,
*Prepare discrepancy reports and follow-up rectification of discrepancy of findings on general ledger, profit and loss statement, etc.
*Check the correctness of the produced report and approve as appropriate,
*Participate in design and development of plan, policy and procedure of the *IFB Customers’ Accounts and Operations sub process,
*Perform other related duties given by the supervisor,
