ክፍት የሥራ መደብ ማስታወቂያ


የፍልውሃ አገልግሎት ድርጅት ከዚህ በታች በተመለከተው ክፍት የሥራ መደብ ላይ አመልካቾችን አወዳድሮ በቋሚነት ለመቅጠር ይፈልጋል፡፡

የሥራ መደቡ መጠሪያ፡- ዋና ዳይሬክተር

ተፈላጊ ችሎታ፡- በሆቴል ማኔጅመንት፣ በቢዝነስ ማኔጅመንት፣ በማርኬቲንግ ማኔጅመንት፣ በሥራ አመራር፣ በፋይናንስ እና ኢኮኖሚክስ ዴቨሎፕመንት፣ ሊደርሺፕ፣ በአካውንቲንግ ቢኤ ዲግሪ እና ከምረቃ በኋላ 10 ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ከዚህ ውስጥ 5ቱን ዓመት በኃላፊነት የሠራ/ች ወይም ኤም.ኤ ዲግሪ እና ከምረቃ በኋላ 8 ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ከዚህ ውስጥ 4ቱን ዓመት በኃላፊነት የሠራ/ች፡፡

ደረጃ ፡- 17 ደመወዝ፡- ብር 15,775.00 /አስራ አምስት ሺህ ሰባት መቶ ሰባ አምስት ብር/

ለሥራ መደቡ የተፈቀዱ ጥቅማ ጥቅሞች፡ መኪና፣የቤት አበል፣ የኃላፊነት አበል፣ ሞባይል፤ የመዝናኛ (Entertainment) የመሳሰሉት፡፡

ብዛት፡- 1 /አንድ/ የምዝገባ ቀናት፡-

ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 8 ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት፡፡

የምዝገባ ቦታ፡- ከዘውዲቱ ሆስፒታል ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው የፍልውሃ አገልግሎት ድርጅት የሰው ሀብት አመራርና ልምድ ደጋፊ የሥራ ሂደት ዳይሬክቶሬት ቢሮ፡፡

የሥራ ቦታ፡- አዲስ አበባ የቅጥር ሁኔታ ፡- በቋሚነት ነው

- መንግሥታዊ ካልሆኑ ድርጅቶች የሚቀርብ የሥራ ልምድ ማስረጃ የሥራ ግብር የተከፈለ መሆኑን የሚገልጽ መሆን አለበት፡፡

- የሚቀርቡት የሥራ ልምድ ማስረጃዎች ከሥራው ጋር አግባብነት ያላቸውና ከምረቃ በኋላ የተገኘ መሆን ይገባዋል፡፡

- አመልካቾች ለምዝገባ በሚቀርቡበት ወቅት ዋናውን የትምህርትና የሥራ ልምድ ማስረጃ ከማይመለስ አንድ ፎቶ ኮፒ ጋር ይዘው መቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

- ሴት አመልካቾች ይበረታታሉ፡፡

- የፈተና ቀን በውስጥ ማስታወቂያ ይገለጻል፡፡ ስልክ ቁጥር፡- 011 551 91 00
