During the talks, the sides discussed acute topics of bilateral interaction in the Afghan direction, as well as prospects for further expansion of Uzbek-Polish cooperation in the context of promoting regional stability and security.
The sides reaffirmed mutual interest in continuing a systemic and constructive dialogue on the issues of Afghan settlement and agreed to maintain regular consultations.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the strengthening of inter-parliamentary relations between Uzbekistan and Poland, as well as the expansion of bilateral cooperation in political, economic, cultural, humanitarian, and other areas. Both sides emphasized their mutual interest in further developing the existing friendly relations and noted that all the necessary legal foundations for such cooperation have been established.

During the talks, the two sides discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of agri-industry, transport and logistics, education, and investment.
It was also noted that through joint efforts, there is an opportunity to establish a solid foundation for long-term, stable, and mutually beneficial cooperation between Surkhandarya Region and voivodeships of Poland.
