It seems the Azeris have been instructed to open the second front in the Caucasus in the attempt to over-extend Russia by their paymasters.
Such scenes, and their publication, are a deliberate attempt to provoke.
This chain of events were initiated by the arrest of an Azeri criminal gang in Russia. The Russian authorities had been trying to take them down for twenty years, and all the gang members held Russian citizenship btw!
This escalation can only end in tears.
