Please forgive a little nit pick, but that isn't a barrel organ. They are like this:

What you played was a draaiorgel, and if my ears are still in tune it's one by Carl Frei, or built to give similar sound. This example is more coarse than a Carl Frei, which have that light melodious tone to them.
