#recap

Hey fellow community members!

We had an engaging experience during our recent dev-dialogue meeting! We had the honor of having Guzo Technologies founder and CEO, Daniel Getachew, as a guest speaker. He shared his inspiring journey into the development industry - encompassing his academic experiences, prior jobs, and pursuit of passion.

As a junior developer, Mr. Getachew gave valuable insights about contributing to the industry and shared recommendations on fields that use VR technology in various industries. His talk wasn't just limited to his successes, he also candidly discussed his personal struggles when building Guzo Technologies. He mentioned how he faced numerous rejections before finding success. This gave us a glimpse into the realities of entrepreneurship and the importance of perseverance.

What's most inspiring is that Mr. Getachew values the importance of learning from well-versed and experienced mentors over reading hundreds of books. It truly emphasizes the significance of learning from experienced individuals in the field.

Overall, the dialogue was enriching and left a lasting impact on all attendees. We are grateful for Mr. Getachew's time, dedication and for sharing his valuable experience and insights with us. We hope it inspires more people to learn and grow together as a community of passionate tech professionals.

We would love to hear your key takeaways from this meeting in the comments below.

Let's continue to share knowledge and explore new opportunities as a strong community!

Thank you for joining us in this meaningful dialogue, and we look forward to seeing you all in the next one!
