Devfest Addis is an annual developer conference held by Google Developer Groups (GDGs) all around the world aiming to bring developers, students, companies and awesome speakers together in one place to share their experience.

A2SV - Africa to Silicon Valley was founded in 2019.
A2SV’s rigorous three-month training program prepares students for internship interviews with companies like Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, etc. The internships give students the experience they need to design and maintain products which improve the quality of life in Africa.
The program is free for students, making the opportunity available for youth who have talent but lack the means to use it.
