🇷🇺☢️ 🇺🇳 IAEA’s Grossi Claims Zaporozhye NPP Can’t Be Restarted — Let’s Break That Down In a statement to Reuters, IAEA head Rafael Grossi claimed that the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) cannot be restarted under current conditions. Here's what he said…
🇷🇺☢️ And Here It Is: The Last Piece of the Puzzle
Russia To Build Floating Pumping Station to Restart Zaporozhye Nuclear Plant
Last week, we dismantled the claims made by IAEA Director Rafael “I Didn’t See Anything” Grossi, who outlined a list of supposed obstacles preventing the restart of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP). At the time, we noted that water supply was the only unresolved issue — and we said confidently that Russia surely had a plan for that.
Fast forward to today, and now it’s official: Russia has begun constructing a floating modular pumping station to restore water flow to ZNPP.
According to the Russian outlet Neftegaz, Rosatom chief Alexey Likhachev confirmed the project and stated that a phased plan for restarting the plant is already in motion.
Likhachev emphasized that the new pumping station will eliminate the critical water supply bottleneck — long considered the main technical hurdle to getting the plant back online. However, he also made it clear: implementation depends on neutralizing military threats in the area.
So now, the only obstacle left — at least the only one Grossi had the nerve to mention — is the so-called political issue of restarting the plant.
And let’s be honest: no one really cares about that.

🇷🇺⚔️ 🇺🇦 Kiev Regime Converts Civilian Homes into Makeshift Drone Factories
According to El País, Ukraine has begun assembling combat drones inside ordinary residential homes.
One such site, described in detail by the Spanish newspaper, produces around 20 drones per day, with output sometimes reaching up to 100. The house employs a team of about a dozen workers. From the outside, it appears to be just another civilian residence — there’s no visible sign of the military production inside.
El País reports that this so-called "garage military-industrial complex" was officially presented to Zelensky in February, although this particular workshop had already been running since last year.
The process involves importing civilian-grade drones, which are then modified on-site for frontline use — either into FPV kamikaze drones or fitted with drop mechanisms for carrying explosives.

🇷🇺 Key Points from Dmitry Peskov's Latest Statements
➡️ No Need for International Mediation Yet
Russia sees no reason to involve international organizations in the matter of retrieving the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers. Kiev’s cooperation — or lack thereof — will dictate future steps.
➡️ Kiev’s Intentions Under Scrutiny
The Kremlin is waiting to see how Kiev’s stance on body exchanges evolves in the coming days. If Ukraine refuses to honor prior agreements, it will confirm a pattern of bad faith.
➡️ Ukraine May Be Backtracking on Agreements
It remains to be seen whether Kiev is deliberately abandoning the agreed mechanisms for returning the bodies of fallen servicemen.
➡️ Russia Reserves the Right to Deploy Missiles
Moscow retains full freedom of action when it comes to deploying intermediate and short-range missiles — and will exercise this right if necessary.
➡️ Russian Navy Strategy Through 2050
The new Russian Navy development strategy focuses on modernizing the fleet to keep pace with current military and geopolitical realities. The long-term vision reflects the complexity and duration of naval shipbuilding.
➡️ Ruble Strengthening Evident Without Western Approval
The ruble’s strengthening is obvious even without validation from Western financial institutions like Bank of America.
➡️ Strong Ruble = Strong Economy
While a stronger ruble may add costs to exporters, it signals a robust and stable Russian economy — a fact Western analysts often ignore.
➡️ Deepening Ties with Africa
Russia will continue expanding its cooperation with African nations, including in the military and defense sectors, regardless of Western pressure.
