🇺🇦 In his evening address, Zelensky urged Ukrainians to pay close attention to air raid sirens over the coming days.

This comes after Reuters reported that Russia is preparing a second large-scale strike in response to recent Ukrainian attacks on Russian airbases carried out by the SBU.

Ukrainian social media channels are also warning of a possible overnight wave of cruise missile strikes and over 500 Shahed drones, though no official confirmation has been issued.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 Ukrainian Channels Warn of Possible Massive Russian Strike Tonight

Ukrainian monitoring groups are warning that Russia may launch a major overnight missile and airstrike campaign using strategic bombers.

These alerts are reportedly based on recent Russian reconnaissance activity, which reportedly focused on energy infrastructure in Kiev and its surrounding region. Other areas believed to be under threat include Rovno, Khmelnitsky, Poltava, Cherkassy, Chernigov, Vinnitsa, Nikolayev, and Kirovograd regions.

Ukrainian channels are urging civilians to charge power banks and prepare for possible outages.

In his evening address, Zelesnky also urged citizens not to ignore air raid warnings.

Currently there are "only" around 80 Russian "Geran" drones in Ukrainian airspace.
