๐ฅ Town of Novolugansk: Rebuilding Life After War
In this video, released as part of the "Realities of War" series, we travel to the town of Novolugansk, located in the Donbass region. Ahead of May 9th, a solemn ceremony was held here to unveil the restored monument dedicated to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, erected at a mass grave where 98 Soviet soldiers are buried.
Despite the fact that this region has long been in an active combat zone, today extensive efforts are underway to restore infrastructure and residential buildings. Thanks to the support of the Chukotka Autonomous Region, electricity, water supply, roofs of apartment buildings, and other vital facilities have already been restored.
We will see how local residents are preparing for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. Weโll also learn how simple yet effective solutions, such as anti-drone nets, help save lives.
The video also shows how the difficult situation in the town is gradually improving: homes are being rebuilt, new facilities are under construction, and life is slowly returning to normalcy. However, the scars of war are still visible everywhere โ from destroyed buildings to improvised cemeteries where residents buried their loved ones during hard times.
This is a story of courage, hope, and revival. We believe that the front will continue to advance, and peace will fully return to this long-suffering region.

๐ง๐พ๐ฌ ๐ท๐บ๐บ๐ฆ๐บ๐ธ๐ง๐พ โThey are ready for this,โ Alexander Lukashenko said that Moscow has long been ready not just for a truce, but for a full-fledged peaceful settlement
"We talked about this with Putin last time in Volgograd and yesterday. They are ready for this. Russia has long been ready for not just a truce, but to conclude peace," Lukashenko said.
The Belarusian leader noted that now the initiative must come from the other side.
"The issue is not in Russia. Therefore, we need to look at it from the other side. As far as I understand this issue today, as soon as the Americans and Ukrainians decide that peace is needed, the Europeans will fall into line, and peace will come," added the President of Belarus.

๐ท๐บ New Military Systems Debut at Moscowโs 80th Victory Day Parade
Russia marked the 80th anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany with a large-scale Victory Day Parade on Red Square, blending historical legacy with modern military advancements.
The mechanized column included 183 units of military equipmentโranging from WWII-era T-34 tanks and SU-100 self-propelled guns to the latest systems in service with the Russian Armed Forces.
Among the new weapons systems publicly displayed for the first time were:
- BRM-1K combat reconnaissance vehicles, now upgraded with remote-controlled weapons and dynamic protection systems.
- 152mm wheeled artillery systems "Giatsint-K" and "Malva", both designed for greater mobility and rapid deployment.
- A wide array of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) including Orlan-10, Orlan-30, Zala, Lancet-51, Lancet-52, Harpy, and Geranโall used in combat during the ongoing Special Military Operation.
Returning systems included the Tornado-S multiple rocket launchers, TOS-2 "Tosochka" heavy flamethrower systems, Iskander precision-guided missile complexes, and Yars ICBMs, which form the core of Russiaโs mobile strategic nuclear forces.
The aerial segment featured Su-30s and MiG-29s from the Russian Knights and Swifts aerobatic teams, followed by Su-25 ground attack aircraft trailing smoke in the colors of the Russian flag.
