🇺🇦💬Zelensky sees signals that after the ceasefire, Ukraine may be left “one on one” with Russia.

"There are signals that, probably, after the ceasefire agreement, some countries will want us and the Russians to be left alone. These are the signals. But still, I am sure, Europe will be there, because there are many issues that are interconnected. This is important for us," Zelensky said, as quoted by Interfax-Ukraine.

Commenting on the possibility of the US withdrawing from the negotiations, the president said: “There are such opinions in the US, because everything is really very difficult.”

🇺🇦🇦🇲🇦🇿 Oleksandr Mishchenko, Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister, has stated that the occupation of Artsakh by Azerbaijan can serve as an "example" and inspiration for Ukraine.

Mishchenko congratulated Azerbaijan for what he referred to as the "restoration of the Azerbaijan's territorial integrity", and called the Azeri military campaign "the greatest achievement, [and] a holiday for the Azerbaijani people".

By the conclusion of Azerbaijan's military offensive into Artsakh in late 2023, almost the entire ethnic Armenian population of the region fled, following millenia of Armenian presence in Artsakh.

🇺🇦 Another story about mobilization in Ukraine. An employee of the Odessa police hit a girl with her car when she was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing. Her father came to the police department to file a complaint, and according to his wife, from there he was taken to the TCC. The woman later reported that her husband had a hypertensive crisis on the second day at the TCC and was taken to the hospital. But TCC employees tried to take him again, as evidenced by the  video.

The Odessa Regional TCC later confirmed the mobilization of the father.

🇺🇦Ukraine wants to host a meeting of national security advisers from the US, UK, France and Germany at a yet-to-be-determined date to discuss further steps in the peace process, said Zelensky.

The advisers held gatherings in London and Paris in April to exchange views on how to end Russia’s war in Ukraine that’s well into its fourth year.

“I am not ready to tell you the date now as there were some changes in the US,” Zelensky told reporters late Friday in his office in Kiev. “Secretary of State Rubio has the powers of the national security adviser, and I don’t think anyone will wait for a new appointment.”
