🇺🇦 Zelensky has officially confirmed the composition of Kiev’s delegation for upcoming talks with Russia in Istanbul.

As previously reported, the delegation will be led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov. Other senior members include Oleksandr Poklad, Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), and Serhiy Kyslytsya, First Deputy Foreign Minister. The delegation also includes high-ranking officials from the General Staff, the Foreign Intelligence Service, military intelligence (GUR), and representatives from various branches of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

🇷🇺 Russia Appoints New Central Military District Commander

Colonel General Valery Solodchuk has been appointed as the new commander of Russia’s Central Military District, replacing Andrei Mordvichev, who has been appointed as Commander of the Russian Ground Forces.

This role also places Solodchuk in charge of the "Center" army group, which is currently leading operations in the Donetsk region.

Solodchuk previously commanded the "Kursk" grouping and oversaw Russian offensive operations in the Kursk region during February–March 2025.

🇷🇺The author of the Kursk defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been appointed to the Center

The "Center" group of troops was headed by the commander of the "Kursk" group Valery Solodchuk (on the video to the right of the minister). Kiev nazis "buried" him after the attack on command post in the Rylsky district, and he rose from the dead and gave them a beating.

Together with Mordvichev and the troops entrusted to him, by the way, they defended Kremennaya at the end of 2022 - beginning of 2023, stopping the advance of the UAF and threw the enemy back from the city.
