What can we do non-violently within the law to fight back to reclaim our freedom?
1. Pray, pray, pray. Pray Psalms 35, 37, 140-145.
2. Tell your friends who think the election was legal to go get a mental health examination. They are the ones who are crazy or willfully ignorant.
3. Call a Communist a Communist. Do not be intimidated - exercise your free speech to the maximum extent allowed by law.
4. Make sure you do not buy anything made in China. When you a find a cell phone made in America, throw away your iPhone. In the meantime, do not spend a dime with Apple, Google, Amazon, Walmart, or other major companies who do business with the enemy. Cut off their money. Boycott them.
5. Write members of the military and tell them you love the fact that they will never dishonor their oath to defend the Constitution, freedom, and the People.
6. Injustice inflicted on one is injustice inflicted on all. Stand up for your fellow Patriots. If one is being mistreated or harassed for their belief in freedom and support of President Trump, flood the enemy with emails and voice mails with words supporting your fellow Patriot and decrying injustice. Stand up for your fellow Patriots. Let your voice be heard over and over again.
7. Turn off your television. Do NOT watch any mainstream media. None of their movies, comedies, game shows, or other meaningful mind junk.
8. Read books that tell you how to effectively battle Communism and lawfully resist a color revolution.
9. Don’t be afraid to wear a MAGA cap. The enemy is scared to death of them.
10. Consider selling your stocks before the enemy intentionally crashes the market to steal your money. 401(k)’s are worth $0 under communism. Buy precious metals and land.

Maybe I should not have mentioned by son, Matt, along with a request that you consider writing him a note of love and faith.
I am imperfect. It was a decision I made as a father searching for help in getting a message to my son of love and faith.
So now I am accused of doxxing my own son. I intended no such thing. I love him. I would never do anything to hurt him. I have not and will not publicly disclose what he has said or done to me or vice versa.
Matt is a fine young man albeit misguided at the moment in my judgment. But what do I know? Only what I have seen for the first 37 of his 38 years of life. He named his son for me 2 years ago. I am the same man now that I was then.
Politics and faith have divided many families in recent months.
But what if maybe, just maybe, one message from a third person plants a seed of love and faith that weighs on his heart to eventually renew his relationship with his Dad?
I took the chance. I do not regret it. One cannot be motivated by the fear of failure. How many experiences would we have missed if we did not take risks?
Some of you have shared the notes you sent him. Beautiful and meaningful words of love, faith, & encouragement. I do not know what they meant to Matt but they sure meant a lot to me. You spoke truth. I love truth. We must all face it and embrace it.

I need the help of We The People.
I just received a 1,600+ page grievance complaint filed against me by the State Bar of Georgia.
The GA State Bar has thrown the kitchen sink at me.
The GA State Bar accuses me of wrongdoing for every lawsuit filed across the nation asserting election fraud.
The GA State Bar attaches the lawsuit filed by my former office-sharing colleagues but not my answer denying the allegations. That case is being litigated and is unresolved.
The GA State Bar attacks my social posts, even impliedly mocking my public statements of my religious faith.
The GA State Bar accuses me of being responsible for the January 6 “insurrection” in Washington, DC.
The GA State Bar accuses me of making false accusations against Pence, Roberts, & Rosenstein but fails to mention the interview of the credible whistleblower which I provided to the Bar 2 weeks ago which supports my statements.
The GA State Bar asserts claims against me arising out of media articles in which I am not even mentioned.
Plus much more.
In short, the GA State Bar is trying to crush me to silence me and prevent me from practicing law.
I am attaching below the link to the “grievance” complaint. It takes a few minutes to load. Please consider reviewing it. I think you will see that this action by the GA State Bar is worse than a witch-hunt.
How would you describe it?

Who is financing this effort?
There are many questions to be raised and answered.
Clearly they want to force me to resign as the time and expense to fight back will be overwhelming.
I will fight back.
I will end this post where I started it. I need the help of We The People.

You may know that I am the CEO of a Texas 501(c)(4) foundation, #FightBack.
Since I formed the foundation, #FightBack has raised money for the bail for Kyle Rittenhouse and a portion of his criminal defense costs. #FightBack also made a donation to help #WalkAway Campaign and Carter Paige. #FightBack has also donated to efforts to investigate election fraud, including paying attorney’s fees to an outside law firm (Ray Smith who represented me in the 2 GA election fraud cases I filed as plaintiff), investigators, IT experts, administrative costs, and security costs.
#FightBack maintains meticulous financial records and no member of the Board has received a dime for their efforts.
I have not received any money for my time working the past several months on the various projects listed above. I donated $50,000 to provide the initial funding for #FightBack. Candidly, I have not earned any money from my law practice in several months as I have been focused on the fight for our freedom.
The attack launched against me today arising out of my efforts to protect and defend the Constitution and help others will require that I engage lawyers to defend me and incur out of pocket expenses for experts, witness fees, etc. I know the costs will be substantial. The GA State Bar has very deep pockets. I also believe that other agencies are behind the GA State Bar’s efforts to destroy my reputation and deprive me of the ability to earn a livelihood and represent clients in need of my experience and knowledge, like Roslyn La Liberte and Sidney Powell.
I hate to ask others for money. But I know that the fight I face is not only for me but also for you.

Without my involvement, the #FightBack board met this afternoon and agreed to serve as the vehicle for donations for this cause. A separate account will be established on Monday morning to maintain the funds for the GA State Bar case so that those funds will be separate from the foundation’s general funds.

As an outpost of Great Britain, colonial America of course
used British pounds, pence, and shillings as its money. Great Britain was officially on a silver standard, with the shilling defined as equal to 86 pure Troy grains of silver, and with silver as so-defined legal tender for all debts (that is, creditors were compelled to accept silver at that rate).
However, Britain also coined gold and maintained a bimetallic
standard by fixing the gold guinea, weighing 129.4 grains of
gold, as equal in value to a certain weight of silver. In that way,
gold became, in effect, legal tender as well. Unfortunately, by
establishing bimetallism, Britain became perpetually subject to
the evil known as Gresham’s Law, which states that when government compulsorily overvalues one money and undervalues another, the undervalued money will leave the country or disappear into hoards, while the overvalued money will flood into circulation. Hence, the popular catchphrase of Gresham’s Law: “Bad money drives out good.” But the important point to note is that the triumph of “bad” money is the result, not of perverse free-market competition, but of government using the compulsory legal tender power to privilege one money above another.
In seventeenth and eighteenth century Britain, the government maintained a mint ratio between gold and silver that consistently overvalued gold and undervalued silver in relation to world market prices, with the resultant disappearance and out-flow of full-bodied silver coins, and an influx of gold, and the maintenance in circulation of only eroded and “lightweight” silver coins. Attempts to rectify the fixed bimetallic ratios were always too little and too late.
