All schools in the UK that have or intend to facilitate the injection of children with an experimental drug need to be reported to the police immediately.

1. Download, print and read the simple form below and complete the name of your school and headmaster
(If you don't also know the names of the relevant city counsellors responsible for health and education dont worry, leave it blank.)
2. Take the form to your local police station. The crime report refers to the 5K pages of evidence submitted to Avon & Somerset constabulary on 23rd October, so any further evidence you have gathered since then (such as newspaper articles on child deaths or injuries, or information on coercion methods being used in your particular school) you can add verbally or by way of printed/recorded evidence.
The police will ask for a verbal account for their computer log - you can use the report to help you name the key facts/crimes.
3. Makes sure the police take the printed crime report also as well as your statement (and sign for it on the back) giving you a signed copy.
4. Make sure the police give you a log number, which will generate a crime reference number and launch an investigation.... This way you can remain anonymous if you wish, and follow up the log number yourself aher than wait for contact.
5. Make sure you take a witness to film as documentary evidence.

You can make your own usb stick from the evidence links in this channel ( but don't try and print it, it's 3 feet high!!) and pront or add any of the newly compiled evidence since October 23rd....
