Xiaomi 13 Ultra & OPPO Find X6 Pro
Two of the best camera phones

Which one would you choose?

I took a bunch of photos and videos on both devices during the sunny day. Both phones take great pictures, bright and clear. But here are the differences I’ve noticed 👇

• Xiaomi 13 Ultra takes much wider Ultra Wide photos & videos, which to me is an advantage.
• OPPO Find X6 Pro has advanced algorithms that handle details well, making the overall picture clearer.
• Xiaomi 13 Ultra videos has better dynamic range on all lenses, while OPPO Find X6 Pro has blown out highlights.
• Xiaomi 13 Ultra 5x zoom video looks much better than OPPO Find X6 Pro 6x hybrid zoom video.
• OPPO Find X6 Pro takes sharper 3x portraits with lots of details.
• Photos in full 50MP mode look much better on Xiaomi 13 Ultra. They are more natural with more details. 50MP on OPPO Find X6 Pro are just slightly different from regular photos. Too much sharpening added.

So far, I'm leaning towards the fact that Xiaomi 13 Ultra is more suitable for smartphone photography enthusiasts as it has more features, more customizations, 50MP RAW and etc.

You will be happy with both of these as they are awesome camera phones.

But if you like to have more options, take Xiaomi 13 Ultra. 5x periscope zoom, variable aperture on the main camera, 50MP RAW, adjustable tone, hue and details before taking photos, Leica portrait modes and 8K video recording on all lenses.

OPPO has larger sensors on both ultra wide and 3x, which will likely result in better photos & videos taken in low light. I will test this later today.

In my experience with Xiaomi 13 Ultra and OPPO Find X6 Pro so far, I can tell you that if you want to just point, shoot and have the nicest photo, that's OPPO. Bright, sharp, vibrant.

But if you want really nice photos and you are a smartphone photography enthusiast, you want to have a more versatile camera system with more Pro features and modes, that's Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
