Almost 15 days break in exams for ca inter. It brings big pressure to keep focused and disciplined for these 15 days and in that there was uncertainty also. Such situation leads to burnout frustration anxiety guilt and range of negative emotions.

If this is happening with you it’s absolutely normal. Now you must be worried how I will cope up others must have studied well, I will be left out and so on.

So guys such thing is happening with everyone. So what’s the solution.

You need to calm down for that either go for 30 minutes meditation , then start your daily routine or studies at slow speed and just be aware and mindful of what you are doing , keep mobile phone away. Once you calm down and get slowly in rhythm you will be back on track.

Remember jab jago tab savera, good state of mind can do wonders irrespective of less time and resources.

I have seen students excelling when no one was expecting from them.
