Pause a moment and be thankful you are breathing, appreciate what capabilities god has given you, be thankful. It will take you out of small things you are worried about.
Be happy and make best use what you have. Don’t disrespect your capabilities and time, do something productive for yourself and family. If everyone does that world will be better place.
Always think of worst case scenario and if you are breathing in worst case scenario everything is fine.
