Clarification regarding NBFC Minimum Net Owned Fund.

ICAI module says it is 2 crore, then it says for certain NBFCs it is 10 crores.

So end conclusion we have to follow 2 crores only. All ICAI questions are solved as per that.

As per rbi website 10 crore will take time to get implemented, it will be from 2027, so let's just ignore 10 crores.
