Follow these steps :
Delete all your cookies from the browser.
Logout and login again your exam portal. Don't save login credentials.
Sequentially fill-in all the required details.
Don't upload the declaration certificate at first.
JPEG file is only suitable for uploading. Don't save it in JPG format.
If it is again showing corrupted file, do repeat the above process.
