And Hikmah cannot be obtained only by reading books. The holy Prophet (p.b.u.H) says:

العلم نور وضياء يقذفه الله في قلوب أوليائه، ونطق به على لسانهم نور الله يلقي في قلوب قديسيه، ويتكلم بألسنتهم (2). - الامام الصادق (عليه السلام): ليس العلم بكثرة العلم ولكن النور في قلبي والله يريد أن يعطيه، فإذا أردت العلم فاطلبه أولا في قلبك.
🌹Knowledge is light and brilliance that God casts into the hearts of His saints, and He pronounces it on their tongues.

🌹-Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him): Knowledge is not an abundance of learning, but rather it is a light that falls into the heart of whomever Allah (sw) wants to guide, so if you want knowledge, seek first within yourself...

☝🏼So one of the first steps to prepare ourselves in this journey is to avoid sins and to be able to do that, we have to watch our Nafs (self) and start training it like training a wild animal.

🌸The holy Prophet (p.b.u.H) says:

«مَنْ اَخْلَصَ اَلْعِبَادَةَ لِلَّهِ اَرْبَعِینَ صَبَاحاً ظَهَرَتْ یَنَابِیعُ اَلْحِکْمَةِ مِنْ قَلْبِهِ عَلَی لِسَانِهِ.“
Whoever devotes his worship to Allah (s.w) sincerely for forty mornings, the springs of wisdom will appear from his heart on his tongue.

👉🏼 This simply means to take the first step, for at least 40 days we promise ourselves "not to say anything, nor do anything" but for His sake.

Yes or no?

👉 Coffee is a source of Sauda
It has strong shrinking properties
Hence, people with excessive Sauda, those who normally experience anxiety, depression, negative thoughts, constipations, migraine headaches, overthinking, skin pimples or rahes, etc (either, some or all of the symptoms) should avoid coffee and chocolate.
Or if once in a while, then should mix the coffee with milk.
Same can apply for black tea

Those who have excessive humidity and Balqam and may need to increase their dryness can consume it in moderation.

💡People ask our opinion regarding children's vaccinations.
Well before you seek our opinion let's see what world has experienced and observed.

💉 So in Islamic medicine we wouldn't find it essential to vaccinate our children and instead we use the Islamic vaccinations methods such as 4th month Hijamah, letting kids to play with soil, letting them play in a natural environment ans eat proper healthy foods like sawiqs, dried fruits, etc, and our experience has shown that those kids who did not get even a single shot since they were born they hardly get affected by common diseases going around.
✔️Therefore being vaccinated or being very hygienic doesn't necessarily increase our immune system.

So if you want to vaccinate your child we recommend you to do more research before doing that
If you have already vaccinated your child, just make sure you give them more natural foods and they get Hijamah done when they are teenagers.

Thyroid disorder

⚠️Thyroid gland disorder can be counted among the broad-spectrum diseases of the last century that did not exist in the past.
Many people may suffer from thyroid disorder, either biliary (Safra) or phlegmatic (Balqam) or Sauda which is interpreted as a hypothyroid or hyperthyroid.

There is no doubt that this disease is one of man-made diseases, which means that pharmaceutical companies made changes in people's medicine, food and lifestyle to cause such a disease.
👉It should be known that diseases that require constant or continuous use of medicine are among artificial and intentional diseases!

Whoever made this disease has already made the drug that controls it.

🔸Of course, factors such as: constant unsettled sorrow and concern, sleeping late, not eating dinner or eating dinner late, consumption of chemically refined salt, excessive consumption of cabbage leaves, cauliflower, etc. are involved in the increase of this disease.

☝️🏼We have already said that the body produces and absorbs its necessary substances at the beginning of the night while sleeping, and for this reason, there is a lot of emphasis on having dinner at the beginning of the night and sleeping at the beginning of the night.

🔺Symptoms of hypothyroidism:

Premature fatigue, sleepiness, lack of energy, weight gain, hair loss and brittleness, constipation, swelling of the throat, (the same symptoms of Blaqam and Sauda)

🔺Symptoms of hyperthyroidism:

Fatigue, sleep disturbance, weight loss, excessive sweating, bone problems, swelling of the throat (these are the symptoms of Safra)

⛔️ Modern medicine is unable to treat this disease and they can only treat the disease

Islamic Treatment:

Apply black seed oil on the gland every night and massage under your neck like V shape

📌Make marjoram tea and mix it with Jame pill or simply honey and gargle it alternative nights for 2 weeks period
